USDA's Food Safety & Inspection Service offers the Meat, Poultry & Egg Product Inspection Directory (MPI Directory). This resource grants continuous access to data on certified facilities that manufacture meat, poultry, and/or egg products under USDA's FSIS regulations.

The USDA MPI Directory app enables users to search for establishments by location, zip code, inspection type, establishment name or number, and type of facility. This tool allows for on-demand access from any location, at any time, via a mobile device.

Curious about the origin of your food or the products a specific facility produces? Simply conduct a search by establishment name/number, location/zip code, or type of establishment/inspection.

The USDA MPI Directory app facilitates information retrieval for users with or without an internet connection. While an initial download and regular updates necessitate internet connectivity, the data is stored locally on the device. As a result, customers have the flexibility to access information offline.
